How We Work

Our Approach

We design for manufacturability, not just performance. Every decision is guided by one question: can this be built affordably, at scale, anywhere in the world?

01

Abundant Materials Only

No rare earths, no conflict minerals, no supply chain vulnerabilities. Every element in our designs is cheap, widely available, and ethically sourced.

The clean energy transition cannot depend on scarce resources. Lithium, cobalt, and rare earth elements are concentrated in a handful of countries, creating geopolitical risks and price volatility that make truly global deployment impossible. We've designed our technology from the ground up to use only materials that are abundant everywhere — common elements that will never run short.

This isn't a compromise — it's a competitive advantage. Abundant materials mean stable costs, resilient supply chains, and the ability to manufacture anywhere in the world without depending on a single mine or refinery.

02

Built for Manufacturing

We design for production from day one. Novel concepts mean nothing if they can't leave the lab. Our designs use standard manufacturing processes — no exotic equipment, no specialised facilities.

Many breakthrough technologies fail not because the science is wrong, but because they can't be manufactured at scale. We take the opposite approach: every design decision considers tooling, tolerances, and throughput from the start. If a component requires exotic fabrication, we redesign it. If a process can't scale, we find one that can.

This manufacturing-first philosophy means our technology might not always push theoretical limits — but it will work, it will ship, and it will be affordable. That's what matters.

03

Patent Strategy in Development

Our intellectual property portfolio is being prepared for filing. Key innovations span battery chemistry, mechanical design, and system integration.

We believe in strategic IP protection — securing the innovations that matter most while moving quickly on development. Our patent strategy is being developed in parallel with our R&D, ensuring that the inventions emerging from our prototyping work are properly documented and protected.

This approach allows us to build a meaningful IP portfolio without letting patent filings slow down our engineering progress. Protection and velocity — both are essential for an early-stage company.
